The panels are routed to accept 12mm underfloor heating pipe loops, this method ensures the pipe is in contact with the finished floor to maximise heat output. The system replaces the chipboard floor deck used in the construction of the floor. Overjoist panels have pre-routed channels to accept the continuous pipe, factory fitted aluminium diffuser strips enhance performance in common with all Warmis Dry Install Range . The panels are laid on the joists in industry standard brick pattern the pipe installed by piercing through the soft temper aluminium diffuser strips. The ends of each circuit drop into the joist space and are fed to and from the manifold as a continuous system. The panels then require a 6mm flooring grade Ply screwed and glued to complete the structural deck.
