Introduction
Mesh20 has been designed for large commercial applications such as car showrooms, warehouses, shops, and other large applications that require a heavy duty concrete base.
Mesh20 utilises the strengthening mesh for the installation of 20mm heating loops, heating loops are fixed to the mesh with cable ties prior to the concrete mix being floated.
Heat output is dependant upon the pipework centres, this will be determined by the end users specification, for example a large storage warehouse will require minimal heat, whereas a car showroom may require more.
A Warmis screed system will provide the highest heat output of all systems, furthermore, they are the cheapest to purchase, as in most cases the pipe loops are secured to foil faced insulation and then covered with a 65mm screed, this method effectively turns the building slab into the heat emitter.
