As Warmis systems have been designed to work well with low temperature (40°-50° C) water they are far more energy-efficient than those systems which use diffuser plates or other systems which require a 60° C flow temperature.
- Warmis Overjoist Chip22 structural is suitable for all types of joist including ‘I Beams’ and Posi-Joist based suspended upper floors.
- LowScreed 20 and our range of floating systems are suitable for Timber frame constructions where a suspended upper floor forms part of the construction.
- Low Temperature heat sources such as Heat pumps will work well with all Warmis systems.

A fully zoned system will provide energy savings of more than 25% over a standard conventional system. However, insulation is a major factor on efficiency; your property must meet current building regulations to be heated effectively. Warmis will not guarantee your home will be heated efficiently if this standard is not met.
- Our low profile dry install range ensures that an underfloor heating system is a viable option for your refurbishment or renovation project.
- Existing joisted or battened floors are catered for with our Overjoist Structural CHIP22 System.
- If a screeded finish is your preffered option our LowScreed 20 may be suitable

Warmis offer a full design and supply service, with full CAD design showing pipe runs and full plan layout, we have a wide range of control systems from the most basic dial thermostat to a Smart Home System to which you may add components such as Smoke Detectors, Smart Plugs, together with Door and Window sensors that pause heating in a room when a window or door is opened to save energy. The Smart Home System can be operated from a smartphone, tablet computer, laptop or PC.
